Cancellation
At Luxx Nails N Beyond, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all guests and maintain a smooth schedule, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a no-show fee, which may be a percentage of the scheduled service or a flat fee at management’s discretion.
For appointments booked in advance or for longer services, a deposit may be required. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows but may be applied toward rescheduled appointments if proper notice is given.
We understand that emergencies happen and will do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.

Salon Environment
For the comfort and relaxation of all our guests, we kindly request that you:
Limit the number of extra guests accompanying you.
Ensure children are supervised or only present if they are receiving a service.
Maintain a quiet atmosphere by using headphones for any personal media and keeping phone conversations brief.
Health and Sanitation
We prioritize your well-being. All tools and equipment are disinfected according to strict state board regulations. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to protect the health of our staff and other clients.

We love hosting groups for special occasions and celebrations. To ensure a seamless experience for your party, we require a deposit at the time of booking for all groups of three or more guests.
Booking Requests
Please contact the salon directly or use the inquiry form on our website at least two weeks in advance.
Service Selection
To ensure we can accommodate your party simultaneously, please finalize your desired services 72 hours prior to the appointment.
Cancellation
For group bookings, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes to the number of guests to avoid a forfeiture of your deposit.
Gift Cards
Luxx Nails N Beyond gift cards are the perfect gift for anyone who deserves a little extra luxury.
Purchase & Usage: Gift cards can be purchased in-salon and are valid for all services and retail products.
Terms: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost or Stolen: Please keep your gift card in a secure place, as we are unable to replace lost or stolen cards.
Expiration: Unless otherwise stated, our gift cards do not have an expiration date; however, we recommend using them within one year of purchase to ensure current service availability and pricing.
Refund and Satisfaction Policy
We strive to provide exceptional results that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly invite you back for a complimentary adjustment to address the specific issue, provided the concern is related to our application or technique.
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds for services rendered.
Adjustments are at the discretion of management and must be performed by the original technician when possible.
